1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
- You have not consumed more than 20 credits (20 minutes of AI processing)
- The Software does not function as advertised on a supported system
- You are unable to activate the plugin due to a verified technical issue on our end
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Credit top-up purchases (once purchased, credits are non-refundable)
- Licenses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Licenses where more than 20 credits have been consumed
- Refund requests based on incompatibility with unsupported software versions or operating systems
- Purchases made by third parties without proper authorization
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- Your Stripe transaction/order ID (found in your receipt email)
- Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Technical Issues

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us for a refund may result in suspension of your license. We encourage customers to contact us directly we are committed to making things right.

Qwintsoft LLP reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Refund requests will be handled under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
